Beaconsfield Village is a small, high demand, trendy neighbourhood in Toronto, steps from vibrant Queen Street West, and a short streetcar ride to the center of the financial and entertainment districts. This urban location is truly eclectic, maintaining the old world charm of early Toronto with a very current edge as an artistic center attracting young families, couples and singles alike. In Toronto MLS system it includes parts of Little Portugal and Trinity Bellwoods.

Located in the west area of Toronto bordered by Ossington Avenue, Queen Street West, Dufferin Street and Dundas Street West, Beaconsfield Village, originally inhabited mostly by Portugese families, is now popular with artists, and is home to numerous small galleries, bars and clubs. Bellwoods Brewery on Ossington, opened in 2012, is a small brewery creating small bathes of experimental beer and hosting popular guided tastings.

Artscape Youngplace, a community cultural centre opened in 2013 provides many programs and events and is located at Shaw and Argyle, just east of the east boundary of the neighbourhood. A short stroll east from there will take you to Trinity Bellwoods Park, a large green space with a recreation centre, tennis courts and hockey rink. In the north-west corner of the park a farmers market runs every Tuesday 3 - 7 pm from May to the end of October.

Victorian homes date here from 1880s and 1890s. Many of these still retain original features. Some are in original condition and are waiting for new owners who would restore their Victorian charm.
