Review of Toronto Real Estate market activity

Each month we discuss at our office meetings the activity in Toronto real estate market, number of visitors to the open houses, number of sales and average prices, number of competing offers on our listings and on the properties where we presented offers for our buyers. That information, together with the information provided monthly by the Toronto Real Estate Board and the various articles appearing in the media, allows our company to produce a unique monthly review of Toronto's real estate market.

In the graphic presentation we also provide here a trend in sales of freehold houses and condos, as well as number of sold detached and semi-detached houses, townhouses, condo apartments and townhomes, co-ops and co-ownerships.
